Price and Payment

The prices are indicated in Canadian dollars, and the applicable taxes are then added. Chenelière Éducation reserves the right to change its prices at any time.

All transactions made by an individual on our website are payable by Visa or MasterCard only. For orders from educational institutions and customers that are not individuals, please use the usual order method. You can also order the products offered on the cheneliere.ca site by phone or by contacting our Customer Service at clientele@tc.tc.

Sales Conditions

A few seconds after making your online purchase, you will receive an email confirming your order. Please keep this email as your receipt.

Transportation and delivery costs

Delivery is free of charge for orders of more than $39 placed in Canada by an individual.

For orders placed from the United States or other countries, please contact our Customer Service at clientele@tc.tc.

Return and refund policy

There are no refunds on the purchase of our products, unless an invoicing error was made by Chenelière Éducation.

Products shipped will be replaced in the following circumstances only: 

• The wrong product was shipped.
• The product was damaged on arrival.

In either case, we will send you the right product in good condition, free of charge.
