How to Place an Order?

Add books to your cart

On the product sheets, click on "Add to cart." You will be directed to your cart where you will have the option to continue your purchases or to place your order.

You must connect to your account to continue making purchases. If you do not have an account, please register:

• If you are an individual, open an account by clicking on Register
• If you are an educational institution, a school, a school board or a bookstore, please send us your order by email to : clientele@tc.tc  or by fax to 1-855-861-3834, and indicate:
  • Your full address for delivery and/or for invoicing if different
  • The ISBN number
  • The quantities requested
  • The purchase order, if applicable

Price and payment method

The prices, in Canadian dollars, do not include  applicable taxes.
Chenelière Éducation reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

Purchases made on www.cheneliere.ca can only be paid for  Visa or MasterCard.

Terms of sale

A few seconds after making your online purchase, you will receive an email confirming your order. Keep this email as your receipt.

Delivery time and costs

Delivery is free of charge for purchases of more than $39, within  Canada.

Deliveries takes 2 to 5 business days within Canada.

 

Intenational Orders (United States or other countries)

If you live abroad, you can receive Chenelière Éducation's books from our distributors..

You can also order books by contacting Customer Service at clientele@tc.tc.

 

Refund and Return Policy

All sales are firm and final, unless:

• There is an invoicing error.
• The product is damaged. In this case, the product will be replaced free of charge or refunded.
• There is an error regarding the product shipped.

Claims must be sent in writing to Customer Service at retours@tc.tc.
