The Champions for Life 20-week program consists of four modules. Each module is composed of five sessions. Our richly illustrated session plans focus on a specific fundamental movement skill and clearly explain which activities you will be doing with the children each week. Also included are adaptations and progressions for Kindergarten students and students in Grades 1 and 2, but the program is adaptable to all children at the elementary school level.
